Our annual inspection service meets the requirements of the chapter Bâtiment of the Code de sécurité de la Régie du bâtiment du Québec. However, it's important to check with your insurer to know their requirements regarding the frequency of inspections. Legislation also requires property owners to keep inspection and maintenance reports in an inspection log. With the Client Portal, you have digital access to inspection and maintenance reports that certify the building's maintenance. 

During their visit, depending on your needs, our certified inspectors inspect, verify, and test your sprinklers as well as all components of your detection and alarm systems. They use innovative technology that allows them to enter data directly into our computerized database. Their observations and descriptions of anomalies, supported by photos, are automatically included in a digital report logged on our Client Portal.
